Steel Shots and Cut wire shots:
Shot blasting is the method helps to clean and strengthen the metal and rapidly it involves impacting the surface of an object with controlled stream of abrasive shot material. It is more faster and effective than filling for removing flash that may remain on a part after the casting or stamping process. Shot Blasting is also used for removing burrs, scale and rust that may interfere with the part’s integrity, appearance or definition. Shot blasting can also prepare the surface of a part for coating by removing surface contaminants and provide a surface profile for increased coating adhesion. By varying the type of shot or cut wire shots , we can Shot Blast a wide variety of materials. For example, a smaller size Steel Shot can be used to produce a smooth, polished surface, while a larger shot can aggressively remove heavy flash.
Pyrolysis Oil:
Pyrolysis Oil is a liquid substance obtained in pyrolysis process and subsequent cooling. It is an oily organic compound, dark brown in colour which is the end product of waste tyre and plastic pyrolysis. Pyrolysis Oil is widely used as industrial fuel to substitute furnace oil and Light Diesel Oil (LDO). It can be used as liquid fuels for industrial furnaces, power plants and boilers. Currently it is being used as an alternative for furnace oil in many industries successfully. The fuel does not require pre-heating since it has lower density and lesser viscosity than furnace oil. The sulphur content is up to 0.9% where as in Furnace oil it is around 4% hence lower SOX pollution. It is a complex blend of molecules usually consisting more than 200 different compounds resulting from the depolymerisation of products treated in pyrolysis. Pyrolysis Oil remain interesting source of bio-chemicals and renewable compounds that meet significant market interest.
Pyrolysis Steel:
Steel wire is a second product in Pyrolysis. We remove the steel wires from the tyre beads before feeding them into the pyrolysis reactor. These steel wires are free from rubber particles and rust. They can be recycled at steel foundries or Used for cost reduction in steel melting units as a substitute of pig iron effectively.
Carbon Black:
Another product of tyre pyrolysis plant is Carbon Black Powder. Carbon Black is used as raw material or main ingredient in many industries and the chemical structure of Carbon Black strengthens, lengthens the endurance, and improves the colouring features of the materials. The refurbished Carbon Black (CBP, Pyrolytic Carbon, Pyrolysis Carbon Black) is very cost effective and can be used in Cement Industries, Steel Industries, Pet coke or as a substitute for Coal.
Tyre Crumb (Crumb Rubber):
Crumb Rubber is essentially recycled rubber which is produced from waste tyres from trucks, by removing the steel and tyre cord through a vigorous mechanical grinding process. The process is multi-faceted and involves sequential separation of rubber, metals and textiles. Post this grinding and separation process, the rubber reaches a granular consistency after the fluff has been removed and turn them to chips of rubber. These chips are turned into granules with further grinding and eventually into rubber crumbs. Michy Rubbers is one of the Supplier of crumb rubbers of size 5 mesh to 40 meshes.
